Our team is at your service from 8 AM to 9 PM. Should you require services beyond these hours, arrangements can be made at an additional charge. Meal schedules are flexible, with breakfast from 9-11 AM, lunch at 1 PM, and dinner at 7 PM.

Checkin/out

Arrival Transfers: Seamless arrangements for a smooth start to your stay will be arranged by our concierge with Check-in at 3 PM.

Departure: Planning your departure will be made easy with the house manager and check-out at 11 AM unless arranged.

Visitors

To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, external visitors are only allowed with prior arrangement and registration through our house manager or night guard.

Access

Please note, the villa complex includes Casa Mia and Casa Comos. Renting one villa grants exclusive access to its facilities only.

Gratituties

While not included in your booking rate, we recommend a gratuity of 10% to 15% of the booking fee to appreciate our dedicated staff’s effort.

Culinary

Tailored meal planning included. Enjoy all meals and selected alcoholic beverages, accounted based on consumption. External food and beverages require approval. Casa Mia offers continental breakfast and buffet lunch options in the dining room.

 Nestled in the serene Amapas area of Puerto Vallarta, we embrace community respect with a noise ordinance from 11 PM to 9 AM, ensuring a harmonious stay for all.
